Hara Dhaniya Masala

Hey friends today i am going to teach you a North Indian gravy which can be eaten along with any Indian bread or even with white rice. The main ingredient here is coriander or the cilantro.

This curry is my all time favorite and easy too.....

Serves for 3 to 4 ppl.

Mix Veggies(Green peas,Carrots,Beans, Potatoes,Cauliflower) - 500 gms (3/4th Boiled with little salt)
Ghee - 150 gms (or can use oil - 4tbsp)
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Onions - 1 small (Roasted)
Ginger paste - 25gms
Garlic paste - 25 gms
Green chilles - 5 to 6 Nos (according to taste)
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp (carefully add coz there z already green chillies)
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt - 1cup (beat it till smooth)
Salt to taste
Corriander Leaves - A small bunch about 60grams
Cashews - 15 Nos.
Cream and coriander leaves for garnishing.(optional)

In a blender add in the Garam masala, onions, ginger and garlic paste, green chilles, red chilli powder, corriander powder, cashews & the corriander leaves. Ground this mixture to a smooth paste by adding little water & keep this aside.

In a sauce pan add in the ghee or oil and the ground masala. Allow this to fry till oil separates. Then add the veggies.

Now add in a cup of water and salt, let the veggies boil and then put of the flame and add the yogurt, mix well and get back the flame on.

Let it boil for 5 to 10 mins check for seasoning and adjust.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and cream, serve hot with any Indian bread or any rice variety.

VARIATION : TRY CHICKEN INSTEAD OF VEGGIES :)
