Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Serves 2 to 3 Glasses

Category - Breakfast

Ripe Banana - 1
Oats - 2 to 3tsp
Milk - 2 Cups (Any kind of milk works)
Pitted Dates - 2
Honey - To taste

Add all the above into a blender and blend for 3 minutes on high. Now the smoothie is ready.
Easy n healthy breakfast for everybody :)

Variation - You can add in sugar instead of honey. You can add in any of your favorite fruits. Experiment with various fruits n nuts.
