Spinach Chutney

This chutney tastes good in sandwiches, bread toast, it can also be used as a dip, good to go with any deep fried stuff.

Serves 1 Cup

Spinach - 500g (Blanched)
Black Pepper Corns - 3 to 4
Garlic - 1 Pod
Salt to taste
Green chillies / Paprika - To taste
Fresh mint / Dry mint - 5g

Add all the above to a blender n ground to smooth. Chutney is ready.
