Buttermilk

Simple Salt Buttermilk -
Curd - 1/4 cup
Water - 1 cup
Salt to taste

Combine all in the blender on high for 3 mins & serve.

Simple sweet lassi-
Curd - 1cup
Water - 1/3cup
Sugar - 3tsp


Combine all in the blender on high for 3 mins & serve.


Minty Buttermilk-
Curd - 1cup
Mint / Pudina Leaves - 5Nos.
Water - 1/3cup
Salt to taste
Lemon juice - 1tsp

Combine all in the blender on high for 3 mins & serve.


Traditional Majjige-
Curd - 1 cup
Water - 3 cups
Salt to taste
Coriander / Cilantro - 2tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4tsp
Hing - 1 pinch
Jeera - 1/4tsp
Lemon juice - 1tsp (Optional)

Combine curd salt n water in the blender on high for 3 mins.
Get the tempering ready - Oil, Mustard, hing n jeera.
Add the tempering to the blended curd n garnish with Cilantro & serve.


Jaljeera Lassi -
Curd - 1 Cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Jaljeera Powder - 1tsp
Salt n lemon juice to taste


Combine all in the blender on high for 3 mins & serve.

Khara Lassi -
Curd - 3/4Cup
Water - 1/4Cup
Green chilli - 1/4 Piece (Adjust.... I add a 1/4piece so its apt)
Salt to taste
Cilantro - hands full

Combine all in the blender on high for 2 mins & serve.

Variation - For all the above you can add ginger / garlic as per your preference.
