Dhai Puri (My style)

Serves 1

Category - Snacks / Appetizer

Puris - 6 to 8Nos.
Masala - 10 to 12tsp (Let it be warm)
Meta Chutney - 2tsp (Optional)
Finely chopped Onions - 8 to 10tsp
Chopped tomatoes - 4 to 5tsp (Optional)
Chat masala - 1tsp
salt to taste
Red Chilli powder - 1/2tsp
Dhai / Thick curd - 15tsp (Whisk)
Chopped Coriander leaves and Sev - 1tsp (For garnishing)

Make small hole on top of each puri and arrange them on a plate.
Place the masala, meta chutney, onions and tomatoes equally into all the puris. Then pour the curd equally and sprinkle red Chilli powder and chat masala all over the puris.

Lastly garnish with coriander and Sev.

Repeat the whole process for more number of puri.... Usually a Plate/ Portion is a batch of 6 puris.... ;)
