Aloo Paratha

Potato - 3to4Nos.  Medium (Boiled)
Wheat Flour - 1Cup
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2tsp
Green Chillies - 3to4 Nos. (Finely chopped)
Coriander Powder - 1tsp
Jeera Powder - 1/2tsp
Coriander - Hands full finely chopped
Oil - 3tbsp
Water - to mix the dough

In a large mixing bowl, smash the boiled potatoes, to this add all the above mentioned ingredients except water.

Mix everything  to make a dough. (The dough should be firm. Add water only if necessary). Wrap the dough in plastic and let it rest for half hour.

Shape the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a chapathi and fry with ghee or butter with little oil.
Fry till golden brown on both sides.

Serve with plain raita and pickle.
