Set Dosa - A fluffy Dosa which is famous in south india.
Serves about 12 to 15 dosas.

Sona masoor rice - 3 cups
Thick Poha - 1 cup
Urad dal - 1/3 cup
Methi seeds / Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Baking Soda - 3/4 tsp
Soak rice, poha, urad dal and methi seeds separately for about 6 to 8 hours.
Drain all the water and transfer all (rice, poha, urad dal and methi seeds) to a wet grinder or blender. Blend to a smooth consistency batter. This batter consistency resembles as of regular dosa.
Transfer the mixture to a big container and allow it to ferment for 19 hours approximately.
Add salt, little more water and soda, mix throughly and make dosas. Can be served with Chutney, Potato curry or vegetable saagu.
