Ingredients -

1 cup tomato puree sautéed in butter with red chilli powder, salt and jeera powder.
½ cup red beans boiled and mashed coarsely . Add little salt just to give beans a little more taste
1 cup tomato concasse (full tomato boiled peeled deseeded cubed)
3 nos. pizza base
1 cup salsa
Required amount of grated of Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese

To Prepare Salsa
3 big tomatoes boiled peeled deseeded and diced
2 medium onions chopped
2 capsicum burnt and peeled and chopped finely
2 tsp jalapeno chopped
2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste. For further spice you can add two to three green chillies finely chopped

Method -

In a bowl mix all the above ingredients, just hold back on lemon juice and adjust that according to the tanginess of the tomatoes
Now, allow it to stand for few mins your tasty spicy salsa is ready to use as your topping.

To Proceed -

Take a pizza base, first apply 2 tbsp tomato paste and on that apply 1tbsp bean mixture
Scatter 1 tbsp tomato concasse
Now add 2 tbsp Mexican spicy salsa
On top of this now add two type of cheese generously and bake this in a heated oven at 220 dg till done
Cut and serve with seasonings.
