Serves 3 to 4

Fresh Green Peas - 1 1/2 cup (Boiled)
Fresh coconut - 4tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander Powder - 1tsp
Jeera Powder - 1/2tsp
Cashew - 25g
Elachi - 1No.
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2tsp
Onion - 1small
Garlic paste - 1tsp
Poppy Seeds - 1/2 tsp
In a blender add in all the above ingredients except for green peas, ground to smooth paste with little water.
For tempering-
Oil - 2tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
Curry Leaves - A few
Hing a pinch
In a pan heat up the oil add the mustard seeds and curry leaves and also the Hing, let everything start spluttering then add in the ground mixture.
Let it simmer for a min then add a cup of water and simmer it till gravy consistency. Finish it by garnishing with coriander leaves.
Now green peas curry is ready this can be served hot with any Indian Bread.
