Serves 6 to 8Nos.

All purpose flour / Maida - 1Cup / 200g
Curd - 1tbsp
Instant Yeast / Baking powder - 1tsp
Warm Milk - As required
Salt to taste

Combine Maida, Yeast n salt in a Medium mixing bowl. To this add the curd and combine. Now slowing start combining the milk and prepare the mixture to dough to chapathi consistency. Knead well (the more you knead the better). Rest the dough for min 2hrs in a warm place n make sure its covered.

After 2hrs, the dough will raise and knead again. Take a small portion of dough roll into circles just like chapathi and fry to golden brown on a hot tawa / griddle on both sides. You can top the hot Naan with some butter. Serve hot with Gravy.

Variations - Once the dough is rolled to circles, you can top it with some chopped garlic / dry mint / methi / coriander / chopped Onions.
